My Studio

My studio is in our unfinished basement. Not the prettiest sight but it’s ok. I’m not complaining, I love having my own space to create a lovely mess, but lately I’m really missing the fact that I don’t have walls. My dream studio would be painted a nice neutral color with plenty of storage space and artwork hung on the walls. I’ve been researching other artists studio’s like Jeanette , Carrie Owens or Candi Leonard . Aren’t they inspiring? You may have noticed they are scrapbooking studio’s. Which I think would fit in great with the many hobbies that I have including paper arts, polymer clay, silver work and painting. Since we’re planning on moving next summer after Tim Jr graduates high school, I’ll have to make do with what I have since I don’t want to put the money into creating a perfect creating place and then move. So, I’ll keep researching and planning for the day when I have walls again. If you have any tips or comments I’d love to hear from you. Do you love your creating space? Feel free to leave your link so we can take a peek into your studio or creating space.
