Happy New Year 2019

In Colorado Springs, we woke up to a cool 4 degrees this morning. I'm sitting here at my computer, getting toasty in my studio with the heater blowing and the blinds open. Its super sunny with a little snow on the ground. I don't plan on going out today. Just taking it easy and pondering the future.

Like many, we had a very busy 2018, with moving into a different home, welcoming a grand daughter, fun travels, gaining new friends and losing 3 dear friends. It was a full year. I have written my goals for 2019 and I look forward to see where this year takes us. One thing I discovered is that I don't get much art done after Thanksgiving. December was a blur. LOL I've scheduled in that down time into my 2019 plans. However since I love hearts and Valentine's Day is around the corner, I'm working behind the scenes designing new collage/transfer sheets that can be used with polymer clay. They'll be listed in a couple of days. I also have a polymer tutorial coming out in the February edition of "Passion for Polymer" magazine. So already this year is off to a good start.

I hope you had a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. Here's to doing our best in 2019! Cheers!
